[おいしい, oishii] tasty; tempting; appealing; lucrative (lit.: delicious; n.b.: can be used to describe a job, food, beer, tobacco, etc.)

[おいしそうなおんな, oishisou-na onna] good-looking woman (lit.: tasty woman, one who is appealing enough to eat)

[おくしょん, oku-shon] an apartment whose purchase price is so high that it is stated not in units of ten thousand yen

[おげれつ, o-geretsu] sexually indecent; sleazy

奢る
[おごる, ogoru] treat; take out

おさかな
[おさかな, osakana] woman who has been seduced by a man

[おさきにしつれいする, osaki ni shitsurei suru] I apologize for leaving first/early

おさしみ
[おさしみ, osashimi] deep kissing (lit.: raw fish)

[おでんわ, odenwa] a phone call from a man (here, ‘o’ refers to ‘otoko,’ man)

[おとうと, otouto] lower level member of a yakuza organization (lit.: younger brother)

[おとこぎらい, otoko-girai] man hater; woman who hates men (lit.: man disliking)

男狂い
[おとこぐるい, otoko-gurui] promiscuity; wantonness by a woman (lit.: man crazy)

[おとこぐるいをする, otoko-gurui o suru] behave lasciviously (applies to women only; lit.: to do man craziness)

[おとこずき, otoko-zuki] boy-crazy, man-crazy

男勝り
[おとこまさり, otoko masari] spunky woman (lit.: stronger than a man; n.b.: there is no antonym for this word)

[おとこやく, otoko-yaku] male role (in a homosexua relationship)

[おまんこ, omanko] vagina; cunt; fuck (comes from ‘meko’ or ‘me no ko’, both of which meant ‘girl’)

[おまんこする, omanko suru] fuck; have sex (from ‘omanko’ and the verb ‘suru’)

[おみやいり, omiyairi] unsolved mystery in policework (lit.: entering a shrine)

[おみやげ, o-miyage] sexually-transmitted disease (in the context of prostitution and ‘soaplands’ sex; lit.: present, gift)

[おめだまちょうだい, omedama choudai] be scolded

[おもかげ, omokage] looks, face, visage

お漏らし
[おもらし, o-morashi] bedwetting (lit.: leakage; n.b.: a harsh, condescending way of saying this)

[おやこどんぶり, oyako-donburi] refers to when a man has slept with both a mother and her daughter; also now means incest between mother and son or father and daughter (lit.: chicken and egg over rice, a common lunchtime dish)
